The flu season has started and people start to spread their germs by coughing and sneezing.
To keep the immune system in shape to battle those nasty virus attacks you can use a simple remedy,which also helps to ease the pain of a sore throat.
1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tea bag of anise tea or mint/chamomile,whatever you have at home
200 ml water
and 1 tablespoon honey
Boil the water and pour it in a cup,then you add the teabag.
Let it cool for 10 seconds,then add ginger,honey and lemon juice.Cover the cup with a saucer and steep for 8 minutes.Filter and enjoy.
