I am actually very happy and doing my little happy dance,because a really awesome chef gave me his secret recipe for a very special truffle filling.
Usually I share all of my recipes,but I can't share this one.I can only tell some of the ingredients:
Vanilla pods,white truffle oil,cocoa butter,coconut,lime,heavy cream.
The outside of the truffles is just some semi sweet chocolate and a more bitter chocolate and funny little decorations.
