Basic cookie dough recipe

When you have this recipe you can create 100000 different kinds of cookies.You can add anything you like.
And the best part is,that this cookie dough doesn't need to be chilled.

You need :
325 gr flour
100 gr corn starch
150 gr sugar
1 egg
200 gr butter /margarine

Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough.Add anything you like : Chocolate chips,lemon zest,nuts,raisins,dried fruit,spices,cacao powder,vanilla extract,Baileys liquor....... a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g will do.
Bake for 10-15 min (depending on thickness)

In the photo I divided the dough into two and the white cookies are vanilla and lime zest.
The black cookies are cacao powder with toasted almonds.
