I really enjoyed the vegetarian lemon mousse and I thought about incorporating my beloved green tea in this dish.
The recipe is almost the same,but instead of water and sprite I used strong green tea (350 ml water+ 2 teabags steeped for 8 min an cooled down) The tea should be sweetened.
And I used some lime juice instead of lemon.
