Hai!
This is my 'desert' for today.Well I had a stressful day,just ate a quick sandwich for lunch and now it was time to feed my soul.A cold chocolate with tons of whipped cream and some baked muesli to shut up the craving for crunchy,unhealthy stuff.
The chocolate vanished in 10 seconds and the muesli in one minute.Ahhhhhhh that was sooooo good.
What is your go-to food for stress-relief???
Or am I the only one who needs some serious calorie intake when I am stressed???
