Asian style vegetables and wakame seaweed with rice

Hello Darlings !

First of all a big THANK YOU to Mr.Zoom Out who took the picture with his amazing new camera.

Seaweed is good for you,especially when you are a woman.And it tastes soooo good.

You need :
2 Portions of rice (boil it,steam it how ever you wish)

2 carrots (sliced)
2 spring onions (sliced)
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 bell pepper(cut in chunks)
100 gr Wakame seaweed (if you can't find seaweed just take spinach)
*boil the seaweed for 5-7 min and drop it in ice water*
1 slice fresh pineapple (diced)
1 slice fresh mango (diced)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 chilli finely chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
pepper salt 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
some chopped cilantro for the decoration :-D
water,sesame oil

Boil the veg for 5 min,drain the water and get your wok ready.
Heat some sesame oil in your wok and add all the veggies,the fruit and seaweed.Add the vinegar,soy sauce,chilli,the honey,the oyster sauce and start stir frying.Once the veggies get some color switch off the heat.
Serve on top of your rice!
