Easy crab pasta

Konichiwa !

This is a very tasteful dish for summer days with fresh veg,crab meat (or crab imitation *lol*) zesty lime flavor and a creamy cream cheese flavor.

You need :
200-400 gr Crab meat or if you wanna save some money take crab imitation.(diced)
1 spring onion (sliced)
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 tomato (without seeds,diced)
1 bell pepper (sliced/julienne)
2 handful baby spinach
the juice of one lime
3 tablespoons dry white wine
5-6 pickled jalapeno slices (diced)
3 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons roughly chopped basil
1 tablespoon roughly chopped parsley

olive oil,pepper,salt,pasta of your choice

In a large saucepan heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and start sauteing the spring onion,the bell pepper,the spinach and the jalapenos for 3 minutes and add the crab meat.Deglaze with lime juice and wine.Add the rest of the ingredients and season well.

Boil your pasta according to the instructions on the package and serve!


This took me like 20 minutes.
