Spaghetti with Meatball sauce

Spaghetti with meatballs is something very simple, easy to make for a crowd of hungry meatball lovers.
These meatballs are juicy, eggless, breadless and yet super moist and yummy.

You need:
4 portions of spaghetti
500 gr ground beef
1 tomato (peeled and chopped)
1 onion (diced)
1 shallot (mini diced)
1 carrot (sliced)
1 bell pepper (red or yellow, diced)
1-2 slices of chili pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 glass of red whine
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
salt pepper,sweet paprika,olive oil
chicken stock.
concentrated tomato juice/puree

Okay,here we go.
Mix the ground beef with the shallot dices and season well with paprika, pepper and salt.
Make your meatballs (the smaller the quicker they cook)
In a saucepan let some olive oil get hot and quickly fry your meatballs until the outside is cooked.
Deglaze with the whine.
Now add the rest of the veggies and spices and cover them with chicken stock.
Let it boil for 10 min and season.
Now add 200 ml tomato juice (or 2 tablespoons concentrated tomato puree) and let it reduce for another 10 min.

Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package or according to your taste.
I like my pasta overcooked (Shame on me!)
