A heartwarming winter soup

Hello :D
Today the weather was quite bad,so I thought it would be the perfect time for a heartwarming rustic soup.
This soup is easy and sooo yummy.

You need:
2 small onions (diced)
2 leek stalks
250 gr ground beef or minced lamb
2 medium potatoes
100 gr American processed cheese (Laughing cow is my favorite)
200 ml milk
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped dill
Some butter
1 liter water

Chop all the veggies in small pieces, for a more rustic result you can chop them a bit bigger.
Melt about 3 teaspoons of butter in a big pot.Add the ground beef, leeks, onions and potatoes and slightly fry them for 2 min.
Now add the water and season well with salt pepper and nutmeg.
Let it boil for about 10 min.
Now add the Milk and the American processed cheese.
Let the soup boil for another 10 min.
At the end add the parsley and the dill.

This soup is very nice, because you can add carrots, spinach, broccoli or other veggies.
For a more rustic result you can add some diced bacon too.
