Autumn Bean stew

Hi Sweethearts

You can probably tell,that I love soups and stews.Throwing everything in one pot is just my favorite thing.For this green bean stew you need:
400 gr frozen green beans
2 potatoes (large dice)
2 carrots(peeled,sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
a few pieces of celery root
2 liters vegetable stock
5 tablespoons fresh finely chopped parsley
1 tomato (remove seeds,diced)
4-5 strips of bacon (diced)
pepper salt
100 ml milk or cream

(I also added some tofu to the soup.Just tore the tofu apart and threw it in the pot)
Put your veggies and bacon in a large pot and cover them with stock.You also might want to add some water.Bring to a boil and cook on medium high heat for 15-20 min.Season with pepper and salt.
Shortly before the end of the time,add milk and parsley.

That was really yummy.The tofu had a nice vegetable flavor.
