Pasta Salad with a Greek twist


I don't like the usual pasta salads that combine mayonnaise with Pasta,but this one is different.It is quick,light and healthy.

You need :
200 gr whole wheat Spaghetti
100 gr low fat yogurt
1 small cucumber (removed seeds,grated)
1 carrot (peeled,grated)
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 red/orange/yellow bell pepper (half grated,half sliced)
1 egg (boiled 7 min)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill (finely chopped)

Mix yogurt,carrot,cucumber,grated bell pepper and garlic.Add the dill and lemon juice.Mix well and season.
Boil your pasta until it is al dente.In a sieve rinse the spaghetti with cold water.Shake/toss out all excess water.
Mix with the yogurt immediately.
Season again if needed.
Garnish with egg and bell pepper slices and serve.
