Baked pasta with tomato and spinach

So far so good.The last days I have been consuming healthy food.No fast food.And I feel much better.
At the end of the fast food frenzy week my tummy was aching,I was tired a lot and now I feel much more energetic.

This recipe is easy and versatile.

You need:
3-4 portions of boiled Fusilli pasta (I used whole grain)
4 tablespoons concentrated tomato puree
1 cup sauted spinach
2 tomatoes (remove seeds,dice)
1 shallot (diced)
70 gr cream cheese
1 clove garlic (finely diced)
100 ml water
pepper salt

70-100 gr grated cheese (I used Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino)

In a mixing bowl mix tomato puree,cream cheese,tomatoes,spinach,garlic,shallot and water.Season.
Add 1/3 of the cheese.
Mix the sauce with the Fussili.Grease an oven proof dish with some oil and add the Pasta.Sprinkle the rest cheese on top and bake at medium high temperature until the cheese is golden brown.
