Tip of the day : Battle insomnia

If you have trouble falling asleep there is a cure in your kitchen.You need one glass of milk,1 tablespoon honey,a pinch of cinnamon,a pinch of ground nut meg and some ground star anise.Heat the ingredients in a saucepan or in a microwave safe mug.Don't bring to a boil.Stir well and drink in small sips.
