Healthy Asian style veggies with steamed salmon

Konichiwa everybody

This recipe is super quick,easy and you just need one pot to cook.
You need:
1 large carrot (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
2 spring onions (sliced)
some frozen mixed veggies (Asian style would be great)
200 gr noodles (I used whole wheat Chinese Noodles)
1 fillet of salmon (diced)
chilly powder,curry powder,salt pepper

I a medium pot bring 2 liters of water to a boil and season the water.Drop the veggies in the pot and let the salmon steam on top of the pot (A slotted spoon serves as the steaming gadget *lol).Once the veggies are al dente and the salmon is cooked.Take the slotted spoon and scoop out the veggies and set aside.
Now boil your noodles in the same pot and drain them.Mix together the noodles with the veggies and season with chilly,curry,salt and pepper.
To spice the salmon up a bit,you can drizzle it with some soy sauce.

And that's about it.It took me 15 min to cook that dish.Cheap,fun and healthy.
