Nutella Breakfast Muffin

For those of you who like a sweet breakfast,this is the ultimate breakfast muffin.I love it.You can freeze the batter and whenever you want a muffin,you can bake one or two or three.
So let's start
You need :
200 gr whole wheat flour
100 gr rolled oats
150 gr baked muesli (crumble it with ur hands)
3 eggs
50 gr Margarine
150 gr Nutella
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
50 gr coconut shavings
2 tablespoons black strap molasses
50-150 ml milk (depending on consistency)
a hand full of crushed almonds

Let all the ingredients reach room temperature.Beat the eggs,margarine and Nutella with a balloon whisk for 30 seconds.Slowly add the flour and keep whisking.Add the molasses and the oats.Keep stirring (workout!)
Now you can add 50 ml of milk and the rest of the ingredients.If the batter is too thick,add more milk.
Fill the batter into your greased muffin pan/cupcake mold/muffin mold.I made 12 muffins.
Bake at 200 degree Celsius (Medium high) until a toothpick that you stick inside the muffin comes out clean. (12-15 min)
Frost and decorate : I used real chocolate sprinkles and dehydrated banana.While the muffins were still hot,I dipped them into the sprinkles,so the sprinkles stick to the top.
