Back to school cookies

School and University has started for a lot of you guys and I have been asked a lot lately what foods can help your performance while studying for the next test.
Basically you need good sources of energy,a bit of sugar and nuts to keep focused,avoid exhaustion or fatigue.
The cookies are delicious.That is all I know for sure :D
You need:
150 gr all purpose flour
175 gr whole wheat flour
50 gr rolled oats (put in the blender and turn into flour)
150 gr brown sugar
200 gr margarine
1 egg (for vegan cookies replace the egg with vegan yogurt *35-50 gr* or a half banana)
a hand full of whole almonds
a hand full of cashew nuts
a hand full of hazelnuts
a hand full dried cranberries
a hand full of raisins
some chocolate sprinkles
First of all put the nuts,cranberries and raisins in a blender and roughly crush them.
Put flours,oats,sugar,egg and the margarine in a bowl and knead it into a dough with your hands.
Add the crushed nuts,sprinkles and cranberries/raisins and shape your cookies with your hands (when wearing nail polish always wear gloves!!!).Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with non stick paper and bake for 12-15 min on medium high temperature until golden brown.
