Cinnamon Buns


Those buns are very delicious and I was lucky that they didn't get eaten all before I could take a picture.

You need for the dough:
150 gr butter or margarine (melted)
500 ml milk
2 pck dry active yeast
100 gr sugar
50 gr brown sugar
500 gr all purpose flour
500 gr whole grain wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt

for the filling
70 gr raisins (soak them in water for 20 min and drain them)
75 gr butter
50 gr sugar
50 gr brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and knead.Add the melted Butter last.If the dough is too sticky,add some more flour.
Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rise at a warm place for 40 min.
Now split the dough in 4 and roll each portion out to a rectangular shape.
Melt the butter for the filling and brush it on each rectangle.
Now spread the some sugar(divide sugar and brown sugar into 4 ) and cinnamon on each rectangle.Roll the dough and cut portions with a knife.
Bake the cinnamon buns at a high temperature until they are nice and brown on top.
