Saganaki of cheese

The Greek cuisine has some amazing dishes,that are so rich in flavor,yet so simple.
This recipe is very very easy it can be done by everyone.This dish goes well with bread and salads.

You need:
4 slices of semi firm cheese (Greek cheese would be great!)
4 slices of a cheese of your choice.(I used Mozzarella)
1 teaspoon butter
a pinch of salt and pepper
Saganaki means small frying pan in Greek.There are many variations of saganaki.
This one is made in the oven.
You need a small oven safe bowl/mold.

Rub the oven save dish with half of the butter,then place the cheese slices in the dish.One semi firm-one mozzarella.
On top sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put the rest of the butter on top of the cheeses.
Bake the Saganaki at 200 degree until it is golden brown on top.
