Pork Schnitzel in a cream of red bell peppers and herbs

Hi
This is a really nice recipe that has it's origin in Germany and maybe Hungary.
The German version leaves the Schnitzel in a whole piece, but mine uses stripes of pork.
Especially the price of this dish is wonderful. It doesn't cost a lot, because it uses a cheaper cut of meat.
This dish goes well with pasta, rice, mash, boiled veg, salad,Yorkshire Pudding and much more.

You need:
2 pork Schnitzel (cut in stripes)
1 red bell pepper (cut in stripes)
1 shallot (diced)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/2 clove of garlic (crushed)
water
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika spice
1/2 teaspoon curry
200 ml cream
50 ml white whine

In a deep pan, heat some oil and sear the pork striped together with the shallot.
Add the garlic, bell pepper and deglaze with some white whine.
Add 250 ml water and season well.
Let it boil for 15 min and then add the cream and the parsley.
Taste and add any additional seasoning if needed.
