Creamy vegetable soup


Today I needed a lot of vitamins.Now with the swine flue going around I feel the urge to eat healthier.
This soup is a good way to eat a lot of different veggies.
But this soup does not taste like the classic healthy food.It is very vibrant and interesting in it's texture and it's composition of flavors.

You need :
2 potatoes
2 carrots
2 hand full peas
1 celery stalk
1 onion
some broccoli (i didn't have any :D )
3 tablespoons parsley
500 ml veg stock or chicken stock
200 ml milk
3 tablespoons dill
Pepper,salt,nutmeg,some creamcheese

Chop your veggies.They don't need to be perfectly chopped,cuz the soup is going in the food processor anyway.Put them into a medium sized pot.
Cover them with the chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
Let them boil for 15-20 min and pour the content of the pot in your food processor and season well.
Puree your soup for 2 min and add the parsley,milk and the dill.Push the button of the food processor one or two times more so the parsley and the dill integrate in the soup.
Pour the content of the food processor back into the pot and bring it to a boil.
Now you can serve your soup with a tablespoon of cream cheese or simple whipped cream.
