This look is quite simple yet very intense and dramatic.The key to this look without any harsh lines is blending.
First you gotta line both waterlines with a gel eyeliner and immediately set the liner with black eyeshadow.Smudge and blend the liner with black eyeshadow.To finish it off blend the edges with white eyeshadow.
It took like 10 minutes to create this look.
