Tip of the day : Deep nail cleansing

You should deep-clean your nails and cuticles at least once a week, because dirt, oils and product residue can cause the nail surface to seal and avoid the absorbing of moisture and nutrients.Especially when you wear a lot of nail polish you should deep clean your nails after every polish removal.
This easy peeling scrub will deep clean your nails and cuticles.
You need:
1 tablespoon  ground coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 drop of vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
about 1/2 tablespoon water

Mix the ingredients in a small container and apply to your nails and cuticles, scrub in soft circular motions for about 1 minute on each hand. Rinse off with hot water and apply your favorite moisturizer/hand cream/oil.
You can keep it in an airtight container inside the fridge for 2 weeks.
